New Delhi, Apr 07 (ANI):: Indian Overseas Bank launched an Internet of Things (IoT) based customer feedback application on Saturday. The leading public sector bank has launched the app on a pilot basis as part of their 'Customer First' initiative at its Cathedral branch in Chennai. Later on, the customers will be provided a tablet containing a web responsive application in which they can submit their feedback. 'Happy' and 'Unhappy' emoticons will be displayed on the customer service application. A team of the bank’s customer support will then monitor the feedback and redress it. The bank has also implemented a 'Missed Call Feedback' system for its customers to redress grievances and to improve the customer service at the branch.
