India world's 2nd largest manufacturer of mobile phones under 'Make In India' programme: President Kovind

New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday addressed the joint session of Parliament ahead of the Budget session 2019. President Kovind said, “I am happy to inform you that under the 'Make In India' programme, India has already become the world's 2nd largest manufacturer of mobile phones.” The Budget Session will conclude on February 13.
