Fuel price hike: Petrol, diesel continue to soar

New Delhi/Mumbai, Oct 12 (ANI): Fuel prices continued to soar on Friday, with petrol and diesel rates hiked by Rs 0.12 and Rs 0.28 respectively in New Delhi. After the revision, petrol is being sold at Rs 82.48 per litre, while diesel rates have escalated to Rs 74.90 in the national capital. In Mumbai, petrol and diesel rates were hiked by Rs 0.12 and Rs 0.29 each. Petrol is retailed at Rs 87.94 and diesel is being sold at Rs 78.51. Fuel prices have been witnessing a steep rise since the past few months.
