New Delhi, Dec 06 (ANI): Ecommerce giant Flipkart rubbished rumors that its CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy is leaving the company. Krishnamurthy was appointed as the CEO of the company in January 2017. The partial exit of Tiger Global by selling a portion of its stake to SoftBank recently has given rise to speculations that Krishnamurthy, who is seen as a representative of the US fund house, may leave the company. Flipkart came out strongly denying the rumours as “false, malicious and completely baseless,”. Under Krishnamurthy, Flipkart retained its dominance and attracted fresh investors including SoftBank, Microsoft, eBay and Tencent to name a few.
