Centre announces 4G, broadband towers in Left Wing Extremism-hit areas

New Delhi, May 23 (ANI): Union Information and Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Wednesday said that Centre is going to install over 4,000 mobile towers in Left Wing Extremism-hit areas in ten districts. He further asserted that this will be the second phase of mobile towers installation and earlier in the first stage Centre has provided 2G facility but this time it will provide 4G facility.
