Budget session: President Kovind lauds NDA govt for launching Ayushman Bharat Yojana

New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): Ahead of the Budget session 2019, President Ram Nath Kovind addressed the joint session of Parliament on Thursday. President Kovind highlighted that expenses on health makes a poor even poorer and the government understood this and started Ayushman Bharat Yojana, mentioning that in the last four months more than 10 Lakh poor people availed health benefits in hospitals under this scheme. The Budget session will begin on February 01 and conclude on February 13.
