Budget session: President Kovind hails surgical strikes

New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday addressed the joint session of Parliament ahead of the Budget session 2019. President hailed surgical strikes by the Indian Army and the government’s move to implement the one rank, one pension, a four-decade long pending matter.
