New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): Ahead of the Budget session 2019, President Ram Nath Kovind addressed the joint session of Parliament on Thursday. He said that India was going through "uncertain times" ahead of the 2014 Lok Sabha polls and the Narendra Modi government, after assuming power, resolved to work towards a 'New India', giving hope to the people. The Budget session will begin on February 01 and conclude on February 13.
