Budget session: Govt's endeavour is to increase capital of middle class, says President Kovind

New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): Ahead of the Budget session 2019, President Ram Nath Kovind addressed the joint session of Parliament on Thursday. President Kovind emphasised that by cutting the burden of income tax and controlling inflation, the government has given new sections of savings to the middle class. Kovind said, "The government's endeavour is to increase the capital of our middle class who work hard and increase their income by new options of investment." The Budget session will begin on February 01 and conclude on February 13.
