New Delhi, Feb 01 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday presented the interim Budget 2019 and said, “The fiscal deficit has been brought down. There has been massive surge in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). The last five years have witnessed a wave of structural reforms. The GST, banking reforms, insolvency code are path-breaking moves.”
