Mumbai, Aug 27 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu attended the listing ceremony of ‘Amaravati Bond 2018’ at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in Mumbai on Monday. Speaking at the event, CM Naidu said, “I developed Hyderabad. People asked me where is money? And we also need to think traditionally. In Hyderabad we didn’t have flight. First flight, I wanted to have the international flight Emirates. At that time, Emirates flight was willing to fly to Hyderabad, but our rules were not permitting. I had a very difficult time convincing the then Prime Minister. Then that is how I accepted and that is how Open Sky Policy has come. Then we had land, we didn’t have water. At that time World Bank asked me to charge Rs 20 per litre, only then they will finance. Then I decided to go ahead with government expenditure. Within one year I was able to bring water from Krishna River. That is how I was able to solve the water problem.”
