20% more returns received post demonetisation: CBDT Chairperson

New Delhi, Nov 14 (ANI): Hailing Centre's 'demonetisation' move, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) Chairperson, Sushil Chandra, on Tuesday said that about 20 percent total returns were received this time. He added that the individual tax returns increased by 23 percent after demonetisation decision was implemented. Chandra was speaking to ANI in the national capital.
