Janata Dal (United) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha took a jibe at Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on Thursday and said that the Congress leader's visit to Bihar and his Voter Adhikar Yatra would have no impact on the upcoming Assembly polls.
