The police informed that a woman was killed after being hit by a car and then dragged for a few kilometres on the road, being entangled in the wheels. The condition of the woman was so bad, that after being dragged on, her clothes and even the back side of her body got ripped off.
A group of 10 women survivors of Bhopal gas tragedy on Friday started an indefinite hunger strike demanding that the state government and the Centre provide correct figures of victims before the Supreme Court.

The Delhi High court on Friday granted interim bail to Kamta Prasad Singh on medical grounds, an investigation officer (IO) of the Unnao rape victim's father's custodial death case.
The accident took place at Old Cachar road at around 10.30 am. The victims were students of the Thambalnu Higher Secondary School located at Yairipok Top Chingtha area in Imphal East.
"The victim has lodged a complaint at Orchha road police station in the district that she was gang raped by making hostage. Based on her complaint letter, an FIR was registered against five people in the matter," Chhatarpur Superintendent of Police Sachin Sharma said.
