Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and his wife, Sudesh Dhankhar on Saturday planted saplings as part of the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign at ASITA, an ecological site along the Yamuna River in Delhi.
Lamenting over commercialization and control of media for motivated narratives, Dhankhar acknowledged journalism's crucial role in sustaining democracy. He called on the media to rise above partisan views and avoid aligning with political agendas or forces against national interests.
