Following his three-day visit to the US, Prime Minister Narendra Modi departed for India on Monday (local time) from John F Kennedy Airport in New York.
In his address at the UN's 'Summit of the Future', PM Modi expressed India's willingness to share its experiences of success with the Global South.
Summit of the Future, director Michele Griffin says India is a major voice for pushing for the change that the Summit envisages.
PM Modi will take part in the fourth Quad Leaders' Summit in Wilmington, Delaware, which is being hosted by US President Joe Biden on September 21.
"The focus of the summit is the future, and our youth are the future. India has the largest youth component globally," P Harish said.
Just ahead of the Quad summit PM Modi is expected to engage in a bilateral meeting with US President Joe Biden.
