The Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved an increase in subsidy amount for Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) beneficiaries from Rs 200 to Rs 300 per LPG cylinder
The state government will bear the remaining cost of the gas cylinder. The outstanding amount for the gas cylinder will be credited to the accounts of Ladli Bahana.
