On November 10, the terror attack involving a 'suicide' car blast near the Red Fort complex in the national capital killed at least 12 people with several body parts yet to be identified and injured several others.
Haryana Home Secretary Sumita Mishra on Saturday said that the continuous combing operations are going on in the state following the Delhi terror attack.
The Delhi Crime Branch registered two separate FIRs against Al-Falah University in Faridabad, days after a deadly blast near the Red Fort Metro Station in the national capital that claimed 12 lives and injured dozens.
Speaking to ANI, Tharoor urged political unity on national security, emphasising that public safety in the aftermath of the blast must be the main focus.
"As of now, we have arrested 17 people, who have directly or indirectly lauded the Delhi blast. We have zero tolerance towards this. We are currently examining over 100 social media posts. We will continue to arrest such people until we crack down the whole ecosystem," he said.

While condemning the alleged terror attack in Delhi, CM Abdullah said that it is only a "few people who have ruined peace and brotherhood in the region," and that it is not fair to charecterise every Kashmiri as being associated with terrorism.
Till now, atleast 3 doctors, including 1 woman are among the a total of 8 people who are allegedly responsible for the blast near Red Fort. Dr Umar Nabi, an accused, was also identified as the man behind the wheel of the Hyundai i20 car from which the explosion happened.
According to sources, the police reportedly foiled a major terror conspiracy involving a plan to carry out a series of blasts across multiple Indian cities.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday (local time) called the blast which took place in Delhi on Monday evening to 'clearly' be a 'terrorist attack'. He lauded India's professional and meticulous approach towards the investigation.
