Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Chief Priest Acharya Satyendra Das on Saturday slammed Congress for turning down the invitation to the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and said that th grand old party is making "excuses" to not attend the ceremony.
