Tamil Nadu Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Saturday said the DMK party leaders will decide at the time of the elections whether the party will form an alliance with actor and Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) chief Kamal Haasan.
“If the river starts and stops within that state, they can take the water. But if it starts from that one area and flows through other states, the water has to be divided," he added.
