A Hyderabad university professor on Monday approached the Supreme Court (SC) seeking quashing of the criminal proceedings initiated against him, in which summons were also issued for his personal presence before a district court in Imphal.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the murder case of senior Supreme Court lawyer Advocate Abdul Razzaq Shar, according to ARY News.
