Ahead of the Delhi assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday released a list of star campaigners who will be participating in the poll campaign. All the party's top leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP chief JP Nadda, Union Defence Minister Rajnath
The star campaigners list includes BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi among other cabinet ministers, Members of Parliaments and former Chief Ministers of Uttarakhand.
The Commission asked BJP president JP Nadda and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge to comment on the complaint against star campaigners of the other party and attached the complaints in its communication to them.
BJP on Saturday released the list of its star campaigners and named 40 leaders that includes the top leadership of the party including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, party chief Jagat Prakash Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
The prominent leaders in the list include, Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav, party's Rajya Sabha MP Ram Gopal Yadav, party's Jaswantnagar MLA Shivpal Yadav.
The 40-member list includes the names of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president JP Nadda, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari Dharmendra Pradhan and Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
