The Delhi High Court on Wednesday reserved an order on the bail plea of Sameer Mahendru. He is accused in a money laundering case linked to the Delhi excise policy.

Speaking to ANI, Pramod Tiwari said that it has been proven that the Chief Ministers, Union Ministers and ministers should not be arrested until it is necessary.
He further added that the Supreme Court has also said that bail is a rule and jail is an exception.
