A thick blanket of snow covered the Kharapathar area of Shimla on Monday morning after higher reaches of the state received fresh snowfall in the past 24 hours.
The Elementary Teachers Association said that at present more than 4,000 posts of JBT are lying vacant, which is directly adversely affecting the studies of the students.
