Recounting his experience of the Gujarat earthquake that had caused widespread destruction, LG Saxena said that Delhi needed to be fully prepared to handle any disaster and preparations to this effect should be put in place from today itself.
Some of the issues brought on by anomalies in the Earth's magnetic field include compass readings that do not indicate true north and interference with satellite operations

Taking to Twitter, NCS said, "Earthquake of Magnitude:4.7, Occurred on 09-03-2023, 07:06:38 IST, Lat: 38.22 & Long: 73.47, Depth: 107 Km, Location: 285km ENE of Fayzabad, Afghanistan."
"Earthquake of Magnitude:4.1, Occurred on 02-03-2023, 02:35:57 IST, Lat: 37.73 & Long: 73.47, Depth: 245 Km ,Location: 267km ENE of Fayzabad, Afghanistan," NCS tweeted on Thursday.
"Earthquake of Magnitude:4.0, Occurred on 28-02-2023, 23:47:05 IST, Lat: 36.53 & Long: 71.15, Depth: 10 Km, Location: 82km SE of Fayzabad, Afghanistan," NCS tweeted on Wednesday.
