The District Judge Court of Sambhal on Thursday issued notice to Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi to either respond or appear on April 4 in connection with a complaint filed against him over his statement that "Our fight is not against BJP or RSS, but against the Indian state."

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray on Tuesday slammed the BJP's "double-engine" government in Maharashtra over the Nagpur violence. He said that the BJP could remove Aurangzeb's tomb in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as the party is in power both in the Centre and the State.
"There is no reason for violence to occur in Nagpur. It is where RSS is headquartered. It is also Devendra ji's constituency. Who can have the courage to spread violence there?" Raut said during a press conference in Mumbai.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Indresh Kumar said that India has emerged as a global power by choosing the path of peace and development, whereas Pakistan embraced division and terrorism.
