Delhi's Rohini Court on Friday listed the Kanjhawala hit-and-drag case for hearing the arguments on the charges levelled against the accused persons on May 25.
Delhi's Rohini Court on Tuesday committed the Kanjhawala hit and drag case to the court of Sessions for further proceedings. The case has been committed to the court of Sessions after cognizance of the charges sheet against seven accused persons.
Delhi's Rohini District court has discharged a gangster and four other accused in connection with an attempt to murder case, noting that the intention of the assailants was not fatal but to threaten the complainant.
Delhi's Rohini Court on Thursday, took cognizance of the charge sheet of Delhi police filed in the Kanjhawala hit and drag case, and listed the matter for scrutiny of documents on April 18.
Delhi police on Saturday filed a charge sheet against seven accused in the Kanjhawala hit and drag case in Rohini Court invoking the murder section against the four accused.
"Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot and the person was admitted to Saroj Hospital in the intensive care unit (ICU), where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment," said the police.
Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Neeraj Gaur of Rohini District court granted bail to Aftab on the condition of furnishing a personal bond of 35,000 rupees and one surety bond in the like amount.
Link Magistrate Ajay Singh Parihar of Rohini Court extended the judicial custody of Deepak Khanna, Amit Khanna, Krishan, Mithun and Manoj Mittal for the next 14 days till March 28.
