Indian shooters Divyansh Singh Panwar and Ramita Jindal lost 20-18 against the Republic of Korea in the 10m air rifle mixed team bronze medal at the ongoing 19th Asian Games on Tuesday.
Ashok Panwar, father of shooter Divyansh Panwar who was part of the shooting team that won gold in men's 10 m air rifle team shooting event at the Asian Games creating a world record, has said that his son has always been interested in the sport and gained from coaching at an early age
Aishwary was part of the Indian team which won a gold at the Men’s 10 Metre Air Rifle Team event earlier today and he also notched a bronze medal in the individual event of the same category.
Earlier, shooter Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar secured a bronze medal in the men's 10 m air rifle individual final at the ongoing Asian Games in Hangzhou on Monday.
The operations were carried out by combined teams of Assam Rifles and Excise and Narcotics Department Champhai based on specific information. During the operation, four individuals were also arrested.
