An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck Kachchh district of Gujarat early Friday morning at around 4:30 am, according to the National Centre for Seismology.
The tremor occurred at 15:45:42 pm IST. Its epicentre was located at a latitude of 27.53 degrees North and a longitude of 93.89 degrees East, at a depth of 5 kilometres.
