Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde camp Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Shirsat on Tuesday proposed a breach of privilege motion against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut to Assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar.
