The Delhi High court on Tuesday directed the CBI to file a reply on the application moved by Dalvin Suresh, father of a deceased UPSC aspirant, to change the Investigation Officer in RAU's IAS Study Circle drowning case.
Earlier, the Delhi High Court had granted interim bail to four co-owners of a basement linked to the tragic deaths of three IAS aspirants in Old Rajinder Nagar.
"They have postponed the Mumbai University senate elections twice. The government got scared and postponed the elections. They don't have the guts to fight the elections," Raut stated.
The Rouse Avenue court on Friday dismissed application moved by Dalvin Suresh, father of deceased Nevin Dalvin who died due to drowning in Old Rajender basement of RAU's IAS Study Circle.
The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Rau police station in the city on Monday, September 16 at around 11 am, according to the FIR. A video of the incident also went viral on social media.
