The Delhi High Court on Monday granted bail to a man, accused of raping his minor daughter noting the delay in lodging the FIR and the matrimonial dispute and cross cases with his wife.
“A man gave a complaint that his daughter, a student of class 9, was raped by two boys from her school. We conducted the medical examination of the girl and an FIR was registered,” Arvind Kumar, Circle Officer, Sardhana said.
"Police have so far arrested two persons in connection with the alleged rape incident, and the main accused is still absconding," said Leena Doley, Superintendent of Police of Hailakandi district.

Officials of Pune Police have apprehended a 22-year-old man on charges of allegedly abducting, wrongfully confining, and raping a minor girl who had been reported missing four years ago from Manchar in the district.
According to the police, the officials were able to apprehend the accused by identifying him from the yellow shirt he was wearing while he allegedly committed the crime.
