Severe waterlogging and massive traffic congestion were witnessed in several parts of Delhi after spells of heavy rain lashed the capital city on Friday morning.
Badrinath National Highway near Gulabkoti was opened for vehicular movements on Friday after it was blocked at several places due to debris following heavy rains in the area. "Gulabkoti has been opened. Work is going on to open the road at all other places" Chamoli police posted on X.
