Due to landslides and incessant rains, all educational institutions at Dharamshala in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh will be closed on August 23, according to the order issued by the Sub Division Magistrate, Dharamshala.
All educational institutions and Anganwadis in Shimla and Mandi have been declared holiday on August 23 and 24 owing to a 'Red' alert issued for heavy rain.
