Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh directed the officials to improve the arrangements for providing drinking water, electricity to the devotees for the upcoming Maa Purnagiri Dham fair.
As per the Chief Minister's instructions, concerned officers were directed to remain alert at all times and the forest officers were restricted from going on leaves.
