CM Pushkar Dhami holds review meeting ahead of Maa Purnagiri Dham fair

Champawat (Uttarakhand) [India], April 28 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh directed the officials to improve the arrangements for providing drinking water, electricity to the devotees for the upcoming Maa Purnagiri Dham fair.
During a review meeting in Banbasa Champawat on Sunday, CM Dhami directed the officials to improve the arrangements for drinking water, electricity supply and convenience of devotees, said an official statement from the Chief Ministers Office released on Sunday.
CM Dhami said that the security arrangements for the people who come to take bath in Sharda Ghat should be foolproof and it should be ensured that the devotees do not face the problem of vehicle parking, as per the release.
He directed the officials to expedite the development works for the convenience of the devotees and complete them on time, it added.
"He said that this fair is also the main source of livelihood for the local people, so the Chief Minister also directed the officials to prepare a blueprint for the extension of the time period of the fair," the release added.


CM Dhami also shared the details of the review meeting in a post on his social media platform, X. (ANI)
