Hitting out at the Nabanna Abhijan protest march, Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP and Bengali actress Saayoni Ghosh on Tuesday called the protestors "goons" and said that the protests look more like a picnic with the protestors taking a "cool shower" under water cannons.
Protestors gathered at the Howrah Bridge, climbing atop police barricades and clashed with police personnel during during the 'Nabanna Abhijan' protest march.
The rally began from the College Square in the capital of West Bengal. As per the initial information, the protestors have reached till the barricades.
