Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday took a swipe at the opposition, referring to the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) as a "hullad bloc" for allegedly disrupting parliamentary proceedings and avoiding debate on key issues.
Both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned till 2 pm, soon after they resumed their proceedings on Wednesday amid continued protests by opposition members over several issues, including the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar.
