Calling the Indian Army "best in the world," Congress MP Pramod Tiwari on Monday said that the message of cessation of hostilities between India and Pakistan should have come from New Delhi, not from Washington.
Vice Admiral A N Pramod said the Indian Navy has a clear advantage at sea and is integrated into the tri-service escalation mechanism. He warned that any Pakistani action will draw a massive response, adding that Pakistan is aware of this.
