Six months after the death of a 29-year-old dermatologist from Bengaluru, Marathahalli Police have arrested the victim's husband, a fellow doctor, for allegedly murdering his wife by injecting anaesthetic drugs
The incident occurred near Sada village on the Mega Highway, within the limits of the Sindhari police station, around 1:30 am on Thursday, the police said.
According to police, the incident took place around 12:40 AM when the student was returning from Koramangala on his two-wheeler. He noticed three unknown persons riding a motorcycle on a one-way street and flashed his bike lights at them. The trio then began following him.
Those arrested have been identified as Rajan alias Sagar (28), a resident of Faizpura in Amritsar, Surinder Singh alias Pali (24), a resident of village Tali Wala in Fazilka and Jagjit Singh (25), a resident of Cheema Kalan in Tarn Taran.
