The proceedings of both the lower and upper houses of Parliament were adjourned until noon today amid ruckus over demands for discussions on various issues, including Operation Sindoor and the voter list revision exercise being carried out in Bihar.
The protest saw participation from across Opposition parties, with leaders holding banners which read "Loktantra par vaar" (attack on democracy) and placards that read "Stop SIR", accusing the government of undermining democratic values.
