"Instead of analysing the situation there (Manipur), they are posting pictures on their way to the airport and from the airport, so are they on political tourism? They should consider having a discussion in Parliament...", the BJP MP said.

Reacting to the opposition alliance INDIA delegation's two-day visit to Manipur from Saturday, Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said that they are ready to discuss the situation of Manipur in Parliament adding that the Opposition is trying to politicise the issue which should not be done.
Opposition members have been adamant on their demand for a discussion on Manipur and a statement from PM Modi on the prevailing state of affairs in the state since the start of the Monsoon Session of Parliament on July 20.
Ahead of the opposition alliance, INDIA delegation's two-day visit to Manipur, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sushil Gupta said that the Central Government is neither able to control the violence nor do they want to discuss it in Parliament.

Ahead of the INDIA alliance delegation's two-day visit to Manipur, AAP MP Sushil Gupta, who is also going to visit the violence-hit state said that the situation in Manipur is bad and the Government is neither able to control the violence nor do they want to discuss it in Parliament.
The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned for the day on Friday, amid continued slogan-shouting from the Opposition benches over the demand for a discussion on the Manipur situation.
"We once again appeal to our opposition to discuss in a proper manner in Parliament on Manipur and other issues. Any issue can resolve through dialogue," Leader of House in Rajya Sabha Piyush Goyal said.
