External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday hold talks with Afghanistan's Acting Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, appreciating his condemnation of the April 22 Pahalgam terrorist attack, which resulted in the deaths of 26 innocent civilians.
