The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Devajit Saikia expressed shock and anguish on the death of the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.
The Cabinet committee on Security discusses and debates on defence policy, expenditure and generally all matters of national security for India. It is the highest decision making body for appointments of heads of national security agencies.
Karnataka Housing and Minorities Welfare Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan on Wednesday strongly condemned the terrorist attack that claimed 26 lives in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, calling it a "heinous and inhuman act" against innocent civilians.

Union Minister of State Sukanta Majumdar on Wednesday issued a strong warning in response to Tuesday's terror attack in Pahalgam, stating that those responsible will face severe consequences and that "no one will be spared" in connection to the gruesome act.
