Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday expressed grief over the death of Bihar's four labourers in the lift collapse incident of a multi-storey building in the Balkum area of Thane, Maharashtra and announced ex-gratia of Rs two lakh to the next of kin of each deceased.
