Jammu and Kashmir Police confiscated the properties of a notorious drug smuggler under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic (PIT) in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) in the Bishnah area of Jammu, police said on Monday.
