Former Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee(KPCC) President and Congress Member of Parliament from the State K Muraleedharan on Saturday said that the party was totally behind KPCC president K Sudhakaran who was arrested in a cheating case on Friday but later released on bail.
At the Valedictory Session of the 18th CII-EXIM Bank Conclave on India Africa Growth Partnership on Friday, Union Minister of State for External Affairs (MoS) V Muraleedharan said that India-Africa partnership is poised to take a big leap forward in the coming days.

Highlighting the significance of the growing India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan expressed confidence that the new Consulate will enhance and deepen the trade and investment relationship between India and the UAE.

Union Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan on Sunday called on the President of Maldives Ibrahim Solih in Male and exchanged views on strengthening the bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
"Witnessed gifting of a consignment of Anti-TB medicine to Maldives @MoHmv, in Male Confident that the medicine will contribute to @governmentmv plan to eliminate TB from Maldives," the MoS tweeted.
V Muraleedharan said that MoUs will facilitate the implementation of development projects in areas like arts, sports, education and health under India's grant assistance.
Muraleedharan is exploring new avenues of collaboration with the Southeast Asian country towards realising the Enhanced Strategic Partnership which was established during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Malaysia in 2015.
Minister of State (MoS) for External Affairs V Muraleedharan on Friday met Malaysia's Human Resources Minister V Sivakumar and they agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on opening all sectors to Indian workers in Malaysia.
