After the hearing on the disqualification of MLAs in Vidhan Bhavan, Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction) leader Anil Desai said that the Speaker as tribunal has clubbed the petitions that were there in front of him and made it in six groups adding that the next hearing will be on October 26.

Police arrested the former Congress MLA after an official posted in the BDPO office requested the police to take action against him and his colleagues who were sitting inside the office for three days and allegedly obstructing official work including tampering with government documents.
