The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has announced its participation in the COP28 Conference of the Parties that will be held in Dubai Expo City from November 30-December 12.
As rains inundated several areas in Chennai, 200 cubic feet of water was released at 10 am due in Sembarambakkam lake, which is the source of drinking water for Chennai City.
