During the meeting, which was held at the MCD Commissioner's office, Additional Commissioner Tariq Thomas admitted that the incident was a 'failure' of the civic body officials.
She added that the report highlighted that the drain present in the area was the main reason for the waterlogging and that the library set up in the coaching center was illegal.
